Legacy Church At NorthEast Park is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

 In accordance with IRS guidelines, all contributions are income tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law and made with the understanding that the governing board of elders and leadership at Legacy Church has complete discretion over the use of all donated funds. We encourage designated gifts and will assume the responsibility to reallocate funds should a ministry project be oversubscribed or as may be necessary in the stewardship of resources. We take very seriously the trust you put into Legacy Church to steward the funds donated and stand accountable before God for that trust.
